Description: This picture was sent to me by my sister Marilyn. It was taken in Calgary Alberta just after the snow melt when these beautiful flowers are the first to appear. What an inspiration it is. The piece was painted with acrylic on fine water paper, manipulated, bonded to canvas and heavily stitched.
